Krazimo ("we", "us", "our") operates the Krazimo platform at app.krazimo.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organization details) and data from messaging channels you connect (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp). This includes message content between your business and your leads, contact information of your leads, and channel access tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our lead management and AI messaging services, send and receive messages through connected channels on your behalf, and analyze conversation data to provide AI-powered lead qualification.

SMS/Text Messaging

We collect phone numbers when you voluntarily provide them through our contact form. Phone numbers are used to send marketing text messages about Krazimo's services, updates, and promotions. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider to deliver messages on our behalf. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact support@krazimo.com. Phone numbers are retained while your consent is active. Upon opt-out, we mark the record as opted-out and cease messaging.

Third-Party Services

We use Meta Platform APIs to process messages across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. We use Meta Platform APIs to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. We use AWS for hosting and data storage. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.

Data Security

We store data in encrypted databases, use HTTPS for all communications, and limit access to authorized personnel. Channel tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@krazimo.com.
